COVID-19: Exposure Notifications – City of Toronto – toronto.ca

Last updated: December 15, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
COVID-19 continues to circulate in Toronto and individuals may be exposed to COVID-19 at a variety of public settings and locations. The information on this webpage is provided to help make residents aware of settings where they may have been exposed to COVID-19 at specific dates and times, and actions they should take to help prevent virus spread. Toronto Public Health (TPH) defines a COVID-19 exposure as a specific location, date and time where a person with COVID-19 has been and TPH has determined that there was a risk of the virus being spread to other people.
Toronto Public Health is investigating COVID-19 exposures at the locations listed in the table below. If you have attended any of these locations on the specified dates and times, TPH recommends that you follow the public health advice included in the table.
Please note that anyone who is not required to self-isolate can visit these locations in accordance with current public health guidance.
This page will be updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Exposures listed in the table will remain on this webpage for 30 days from when the exposure has occurred. Exposures older than 30 days will be removed (see Notes below).
Toronto Public Health appreciates the ongoing assistance of Toronto businesses and residents in managing exposures to COVID-19 and helping keep our community safe. If you are a business owner/operator, please visit our COVID-19: Businesses & Organizations – Reopening Guides pages for additional support and resources.
